You can change the functions of windows by changing the values of System registry , but you should be very careful before editing the system registry , and you should take the backup of windows system registry (How To Backup the Window System Registry).
Follow the below steps to Edit or Modify the windows system registry
• Click Start
• Click Run
• Type REGEDIT
• Click OK
• The Registry Editor will now open
• Browse to the key containing the value you wish to modify. Click once to highlight the key.
• The values contained in the key will now appear in the right pane. Right-click the value you wish to modify.
• From the right-click menu, choose the action you wish to take: Modify; Modify Binary Data; Delete; or Rename.
